Compilation of reference contractual templates to facilitate better network experience
As discussed in multiple sections under Business policy specifications, policy guidelines working group has created following key templates to aid upcoming HCX network(s) in facilitating easier onboarding of participants and improve overall network experience to all the participants:
HCX - Terms of use: Template of HCX operators agreement with its participants
Addendum to Payer-Provider contracts: Template addendum to aid payers and providers to make their contracts FTA friendly.
Addendum to Payer-Policyholder contracts: Template addendum to aid payers in making their Policyholder contracts FTA friendly.
