# Intra Cycle Communication\*

HCX protocol facilitates the intra cycle communication among stakeholder for claim related clarifications. Participants can leverage communication request/on\_request API pair for these information exchanges. Intra cycle communication may be needed for following purposes : 

1. Claim related supporting information and documentation
2. Seeking beneficiary consent for claim processing
3. Getting beneficiary or provider payment account information
